Following our discussions concerning the FLYCOPTER BIRD two-seater heVTOL LSA, I express through this non-contractual document my intention to acquire one or more copies of the device presented.

This acquisition will be:

A unit price excluding taxes ofTWO HUNDRED THOUSAND euros (€200,000 excluding VAT)is agreed excluding delivery costs.

It is understood that this intention will be translated into a contractual order. This will mention the different options chosen, the delivery times and methods chosen as well as any price variations and other agreed clauses.
